Attention spans are getting shorter! There’s probably some research out there to back it up!

We are in a world where the first 2 seconds are going to decide whether someone keeps watch or not.

Short form content is a great way to grab attention and get people interested in why you’re saying;

Videos up to 60 seconds long require a smaller amount of investment of time for the viewer so they’re much more likely to watch a short form video you’ve created as opposed to a 2 minute, 5 minute or 10 minute video.

However these shorter videos can be your next potential audience members’ way in to following what you do. You may be discovered by your next customer through an extract from one of your longer videos or you may find that short videos are the next best thing to showcase what you do.

Whether it’s Instagram reels, YouTube shorts or TikTok, start investing time into at least one of these still fast growing platforms and see what change it can make to your business.
